Paul McBeath - Company Director and Co-Owner
Paul is passionate about Gray Brothers Builders. He is honoured that he can help young guys coming through the trade, mentoring them through the ups and downs of building and life in general. He is usually out on-site helping his team with each build, coaching, leading, and having fun!
Paul is known for his honesty and open communication with his team and all the sub-contractors he works with on each job. He knows that outstanding quality and best results can only be achieved through teamwork. Over the years, he has been involved in many sports teams – Otago and SI Indoor Cricket, Rugby, and competitive Golf – he knows that it takes a high performing team to be the best.
Paul has over 40 years’ experience building in Dunedin, so he has encountered pretty much every problem you can think of. He still loves the challenge of problem-solving, working out the best option with clients.
Outside of Gray Brothers, Paul has lots of laughs fishing, boating on the Central Otago lakes, or going for a road trip on his motorbike with Jenny, his wife of 37 years. His grown-up family keeps him busy along with his new granddaughter who he dotes on.
